2015年毕业于日本九州大学,获得行为系统专业(行为与健康科学)博士学位,主要从事身体活动流行病学和健康老龄化促进研究(2011年-至今)。目前,以共同研究员身份参与两项大型日本社区老年队列研究。此外,作为日本Sasaguri Gankimon Study老年队列研究主要研究人员参与了一项国际认知机能队列研究(Cohort Studies of Memory in an International Consortium,新南威尔士大学衰老与脑科学研究中心)。在J Gerontol A Biol Sci Med Sci.、BMC Geriatrics、J Epidemiol、PLoS Med、Sports Med等老年医学、公共卫生、运动医学等SSCI/SCI期刊发表有关老年人群身体活动、体适能、衰弱及认知功能等论文二十余篇。
